Ein tolles Hotel mit einem Team, dass sich wunderbar um alle Gäste kümmert. Nicht mitten drin, aber auch nicht weit weg von allem, was sonst noch schön ist in Hué.

The swimming pool and location are great, the room is very spacious room. The staff was very helpful.

Alles war top! Ruhig, toller Pool und ein Museum auf dem Gelände. Alles mit viel Liebe dargestellt. Das Apartment war riesig mit großer Terasse. Personal nett und sprach English.

Zimmer sehr geräumig, Pool sehr angenehm gross 90 % Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Frühstück als Karte, sehr laut direkt am Haus Bauarbeiten Pool wurde schon vor 6 uhr morgens lautstark benutzt

I saw that just before posting this review it shows 5 star, I wouldn't rate above a 3 star, and that's for the pool. The room was advertised with a kitchen with kitchenware, microwave. Which it had neither. The flat screen TV was missing from the seating area. The reason we booked this place was from the photos on booking. com, and those clearly weren'taccurate, due to the missing items upon our arrival. They advertised a ala carte with vegetarian and vegan options, they offer NONE. We chose this particular place for a kitchen, and a vegan option for breakfast. The kitchen had one pan, 4 forks, 2 spoons, one glass and a corkscrew. No plates, bowls, cups, knives, and no microwave. No soap or sponge to wash dishes with, once we went down and requested dishes, and then had to carry them all up to the third floor on stairs. The fact that they ran in the room upon our departure to count their deceptive stocking in your refrigerator of bottles of water, soda, and beer before you depart, to get every penny out of you, but don't give the same attention to stocking the kitchen with dishes, and replacing a TV, microwave and a menu that offers what they advertise, is in my mind deceptive. Either correct your photos and description of your offering, or actually put these things in place. We had no way of knowing that the items placed in the refrigerator weren't complimentary, especially since the room was more $$ than neighboring hotels, there was no notice informing us of billable items. We intentionally paid extra for a place with a kitchen, exactly for the purpose of being able to prepare vegan meals ( for the strict diet ordered by my doctors). We reached out to the hotel about the billing for the aqua, and was told that those bottles are a part of a minibar, yet there was no way to know which water bottles they put in my room were going to be billed and at what price. A full sized western size refrigerator in a full kitchen IS NOT A MINI BAR.
