La posizione dell'appartamento è strategica: a due passi dal lungomare, dalla spiaggia e dal parcheggio sotterraneo. La casa è pulitissima con tutti i confort necessari. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 e ci siamo trovati molto bene.

"Nice apartment in a great location"

The apartment is very spacious and the location is great - right near the sea, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything we needed. Special thanks to the host, he was always reachable and very helpful.

Due to the location in the building there is not much light in the apartment itself.

Un apartamento estupendo, muy cómodo y perfectamente equipado con enseres de cocina, limpieza y algún que otro detalle. Se nota que es una vivienda que el propietario usa de vez en cuando y por tanto cuenta con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Además, el propietario fue muy atento, nos dio un recibimiento muy acogedor y contactó con nosotros en varias ocasiones ofreciendo toallas y ropa de cama limpias (que no necesitamos, porque había de sobra en el apartamento). Incluso nos ofreció sillas de playa. La limpieza impecable, y la ubicación idónea en Las Canteras, próxima al auditorio Alfredo Kraus (lo cual nos vino muy bien, ya que viajamos por trabajo a un congreso que se celebró allí) y con numerosos supermercados, tiendas, y restaurantes en las proximidades. Sin duda repetiría.

Por señalar algo negativo, el apartamento es un bajo poco luminoso (aunque para nada caluroso, incluso en la habitación interior entra mucha brisa por la ventana). No fuimos en coche, pero aparcar en las proximidades puede ser complicado.
