The location is lovely and a nice a walkable distance from everything!

The shower was a very tight squeeze

Location is great. In between the dunes and Yumbo. Good facilities and pool was great. Close to local shops.

The terrible smell!! I had read before about this and should have listened. Even with making sure all the plug holes and drains were covered it really stank. I should have realised when I first went in it heavily smelled of room spray. The neighbour also decided to have a party into the early hours with the bass pounding through the walls. I could still hear it with ear plugs. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Lo que más me gustó del apartamento es que estaba muy bien equipado (con horno, microondas, nevera…), aunque he de decir que el aire de la habitación estaba estropeado cuando fuimos y nadie hizo nada por arreglarlo a pesar de haber insistido en que lo hicieran… Me gustó mucho la vista q había desde nuestra terraza, era muy tranquilo el sitio por la noche (en cuanto a ruido). Y el trato de Olivier también muy bueno, nos dejó quedarnos en el apartamento el día del check out hasta la hora que quisiéramos sin ningún problema.

Que no funcionaba el aire de la habitación, el ligero olor a canalización cuando no se tapaban los desagües

Stayed 4 nights and this place gets 10s across the board. It's nicely decorated and really feels like home. Best feature no doubt is the large balcony and that lovely view from the 5th (top) floor. It's near Yumbo Centre but not so close you hear the noise clearly. If I go back I'll definitely seek this place out again.

When I arrived the cleaner oliver met me and seemed very busy, quite curt in nature, upon looking round I realised that the Apartment wasn’t clean, dirty in fact, items/areas dirty, couldn’t get oliver so I contacted landlord, after contacting landlord oliver became less friendly, he sent me a message and when I tried to contact oliver back he would only then send replies back in Spanish, my phone is old as I’m 53 so google translate didn’t work, as the messages upset me, one of the neighbours saw me upset and was able to translate and show me how to copy message and use Google Translate, this ruined the stay for me as the cleaner could easily speak great English.

The location is excellent (very close to the sand dunes and beaches), the apartment is comfy and the view is amazing! There are lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Check-in and check-out was easy, the host was friendly.

From time to time there was some faint sewage smell wafting around in the apartment that other reviewers also mentioned but if you keep the drainholes covered, it goes away.

Clean and comfortable apartment fully equipped with everything you could ever need with fantastic views from the balcony and great location halfway between Yumbo and Cita Centres,the friendly host Olivier is very efficient with check in and info thanks Olivier we will be back.
