Bright 1BDR Apartment W/Balcony by LovelyStay

The apartment is absolutely lovely, spacious and has everything to make your stay comfortable.

Request for an earlier check-in was denied. Then the given code for the door didn’t work, as well as the wifi and hairdryer.

Great location, amazing kitchen, lovely balcony for enjoying the weather in the evening.

Towels far too small, no saucepan for cooking, very difficult to get into the building each time we went out key didn't work very well.

Property difficult to find. The map on the App is not precise enough and we roamed around for 30 minutes trying to find it. The local lingo for 2nd floor is not translated clearly and we didn’t know which buttons to press to open door. Wouldn’t have found it without help of an English neighbour. Also no spoons in kitchen, nice coffee machine but no pods. One bath towel looked like a rag.

Location was great, close to the centre and to a supermarket and restaurants.. Free parking 5 mins away. Paid parking next to the apartment building. The apartment was very clean. Great tv and wifi. Kitchen was well equiped and the terrace has sun all afternoon and evening. Customer service was very good when i enquired about entry to the building. On balance we enjoyed our stay.

I know it's a personal preference but i found the bed too hard for me, even with the matress topper.. Instructions for access for the building could be improved to say exactly what button to press and for how long.
