Bien ubicado

El trato hacia el cliente es pésimo, la gestión de la devolución de la fianza nadie te dice nada. Hace una semana que nos fuimos y todavía no me han devuelto la fianza. Llamo para ver si lo pueden resolver y me cuelgan el teléfono. Pésimo!!!!

It was a pleasant holiday.

I still haven't received my 100 euros deposit back! I had to leave early on my last day to catch my flight. I was told my deposit would be transferred into my account, still waiting.
