Perfect location with pleasent garden, amazing Italian cafe in the building, nice and helpful owner! The apartment itself is very well equipped.

Great location, nearest train stop Pekna Vyhliadka is 1 min walk and other bug train stop Stary Smokivec is just 10min walk. Just next to this place is perfect italian restaurant with great pizza! This apartment is cozy, well equipped and spacious. The host was really kind and helpful, we had a great holidays here! I recommend this place if you want to be close to mountains hikes and also close to restaurants and grocery shops.

It is a very clean, comfortable, spacious and stylish apartment with all necessary equipment. Big bed, spacious shelves everywhere, huge kitchen with dining corner and table. Shower cabin is also bigger than usually. Wifi is strong enough and apartment has a private, covered parking place. Next to the building, there is a small restaurant/cafe. Centre of Starý Smokovec is about 15 min walk, you do not need to drive if you want to hike from there. Communication (also in English) with the host was easy and fast.

Apartment is next to the road and railway; you have to get used to it but in evenings, the surroundings are very quiet, if other guests are also, because thier noises or talsk can be heard through the wall sometimes; depending of course on the guests.

Clean, very friendly and kind host, we could stay on the check-out day even all day. We enjoyed it!

On the first day, we did not have access to hot water, which was quite uncomfortable considering our long train trip the day.

It was private, cozy and nice. It’s location was great. private parking was nice.

Some kitchen items (like cereal bowls) were missed, the door of the shower came out easily. We could hear others in the apartment above us coming and going, moving tables, chairs, etc. The private parking spot was very narrow.
