נגישות: ירידה תלולה, מדרגות רבות, חניה תת־קרקעית רחוקה ולא נוחה. לא מתאים לנכים או משפחות עם עגלות. מקלחות: מקלחונים קטנים מאוד עם זרם מים חלש. מיזוג ואינטרנט: מזגן רק בחדרי השינה, בסלון חם ולא ממוזג. ויי־פיי מוגבל רק לסלון

migliorerei la doccia del secondo bagno , spazio interno molto ristretto.

Great location just outside the village centre, cool, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Carmine is the best host.

A bit of outside space would be nice - I think the host is working on it.

The property is very well situated and only a 5 minute walk to the town centre of Sant Agata. The town is a lovely place with very friendly locals and a lot of nice places to eat and drink and served by an excellent supermarket. Carmine the host was extremely nice and courteous and spoke excellent english and was constantly in touch to ensure everything was OK and we were happy with the property. key pick up/drop of was very good

Only comment (which is outside the control of the property/owner and is a municipal issue) was street lighting on the direct approach to the property was a little poor/dark and could be better, so the owner may raise this with the local council/authority, as he is not responsible for street lighting. The other issue is parking, which i would advise anybody hiring a car to utilize the excellent garage facility Carmine offers and is only a five minute walk away, as the town is very busy at times and the property is on a hill (so please use the garage service offered by the property owner Carmine).

The apartment is very clean, cozy and comfortable, there’s everything you need and more. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The bakery and supermarket are close, also restaurants. The host is extremely friendly and helpful, arranged for us a cooking class and trip to Capri with pickup from the village.

There’s no view from the apartment, but we knew it before the booking. The parking is about 6 minutes from the apartment, the host helped to take the luggage to the car, so it wasn’t an issue.
