Everything very dirty when arrived,neeed a deep clean, all flooring needed either mopping, or carpet cleaned, there was stains on in carpets,and also stains on mattresses and duvet and pillows, so unhygienic,also when we arrived there was a spider infestation, we spoke to owners, and one of them who answered my call was a female who was so aggressive and rude,kept speaking over me when I tried letting them know what was wrong me how I felt, all they did was sent out a cleaner who was there to just hoover up the spiders the, we paid almost £700 for 4 nights, we left by day 3 we kept asking for better pillows, a hover etc, all ignored, just banged on about sending photos of the stained flattered pillows and waiting for a part for broken hoover, shouldn’t they have spare hoover in case? Also don’t take any notice of the unlimited “wifi” BS, because there is none, rarely it works, poor signal can never log on to it, so none of the TVs work or can’t use for own mobiles iPads etc if you ring them, so be prepared for children to get very bored in caravan, I would avoid this place like the plaque, I was so disappointed and upset when stayed, please listen to my experience warning, it’s 100% the truth

Poor communication- I was in intensive care in Portugal and could not travel - they had already taken payment when I emailed them to let them know we would not be arriving as planned and to this day I still have had no reply to the email and did not get any information on getting the keys so they must have received my communication! I now wish I had not informed them and would avoid these on this alone Also the email goes through booking.com so why do you constantly send me emails to do a review when you also know we did not travel ??

The caravan had everything you needed, especially in the kitchen area. The decking was a bonus with having a 20 month old with us so we could sit outside safely.

The caravan hadn't been cleaned very well. There were finger marks on the windows and in the shower there was what could only be described as green snot about an inch long dried onto the shower wall. I had to remove it with wet wipes gradually picking away at it, disgusting! Sorry but the hob was awful. Rusty and the knobs were very loose and easily fell off. Didn't use the oven.

The caravan was lovely there was 8 of us 3 of them under 5 was spacious and comfortable lovely balcony

The WiFi to caravan was not great so difficult to watch t.v but then that could of been down to the kids tablets being connected as well the pull out bed was not very comfortable

Spotless, well equipped and in a good location.

Single beds a little uncomfortable. Better mattresses would fix that.

Lovely property close to all shops and pubs, quiet no noise and easy contact with owners

The property was clean and with a good location. The host was accommodating too. Bus stop and the park had good choices for all ages.

No Bed linens I understand it was told it’s not provided due to Covid..but there was no bin bags no cloths to wipe any thing fallen..no tissue in the toilets…the dish washing soap was just filled for the guest to use for a day and we booked the place for 2 nights. Similar case to the hand wash and was only provided in the kitchen…the oven gloves was dirty and had a lot of stains and was not washed too. The gas hob only one hob was fast rest all was very slow. The single 2 bedrooms were not too spacious but had a cupboard and 2 beds. The living room and the front area was the highlight and I loved that bit. Cutlery and cookware were good. Toilets and bathroom clean and in good condition.

Few ants in kitchen but all the other positives made up for it
