"Great location, but..."

Good location, a lot of beaches nearby. Private parking space. Host provided information about nearest attractions.

Couch was dirty when we arrived. Place does not look like on the photos. A lot of equipment is removed or changed. A/C was working poorly and was not mounted in the bedrooms, so get ready for hot nights. We had really unpleasant situation there, when we arrived and wanted to lay on bed it was missing some screws and legs and it bent. We asked host about this and were immediately accused of breaking it and that it is for sure our fault. We had to beg host to visit the place and check for himself that bed was missing some parts. Finally we got our bed fixed but bad impression was already made.
