Quiet apartment with beautiful view from the terrace. I've received good instructions how to enter an apartment and everything went fast and smooth. Jesus was very helpful and responded quickly on any questions that I had.

Beautiful view and also attractive apartment reasonably close to centre. Quite good cooking facilities, although we didn’t need them. A very nice swimming pool. I would recommend this accommodation in spite of the negatives described in the ‘didn’t’ like section below.

No airport shuttle bus (free) as described at time of booking. No toilet paper at all when we turned up at 7 p.m. after a long days travel and it was suggested we go out and buy some when we texted owner. Despite having paid 40 euros for cleaning (in the bill breakdown) we did not get a single visit from a cleaner during our 10 night stay (other than 2 toilet rolls left outside the apartment). There was no change of sheets or towels during our long stay. As described in other reviews the sheets were very tired. Everything was rapidly turning musty. The shower also became rather smelly and would have benefited from some bleach put down the drainage by a cleaning lady had she turned up. A query to the owner asking if we would get a visit from a cleaning lady was unanswered. The thing is that it wouldn’t have taken much to rectify these problems and I would have paid a little more myself to have improved facilities. I would go again but would wish for assurances over cleaning, in particular.

Great location… everything you need for your stay was there … fully equipped apartment with fabulous views!!!

The apartment was very well laid out and the terrace was excellent.

Perfect quiet location with a wonderful view from the patio of the impressive Los Gigantes cliffs and overlooking the harbour area. We spent much of our time sitting under the sun canopy enjoying the view. Comfortable well equipped accommodation with everything we needed. Plenty of good nearby restaurants a short walk away in the central area of Los Gigantes. The communal pool was very nice and not too busy while we were there.

Breath taking views and beautiful sunsets daily, for this alone I will be coming back to stay. Jesus was helpful and attentive when needed. Maintenance man on site was also very helpful. Apartment was clean and had everything I needed for a hassle free, relaxing holiday. Pool was great for morning and evening swims. Location of the apartment is brilliant, 7 minute scenic walk to the centre of Los Gigantes with all amenities restaurants, cafes, shops, etc.

Location and views were superb! It was really convenient to collect the keys from the box. Instructions were very easy to follow. Jesús was also very responsive.
