Napoli Residence Casalnuovo

The host was constantly in contact with us via WhatsApp. We met in front of the building and were introduced to the apartment. He let us know that we could always reach out by phone for any support, which was very reassuring. The apartment is located on a side street, which makes it a bit quieter than the main road—if you can even call anything in Naples “quiet” :) Both train stations are around 500 meters away, so you can easily manage your entire stay without a car. Just one stop and you're in the city center, where you have access to two metro lines. On the main street nearby, there are plenty of small local stores. If you're looking for a bigger grocery run, there’s a large discount store (Lidl) also close by. One of the biggest advantages is the private parking space. If you're driving a rental car, this is a big plus—Italian streets are narrow and packed with cars, so it's easy to get bumped or scratched. The apartment is well-equipped with kitchen essentials like pots and pans. There are two air conditioning units: one in the main bedroom and another in the kitchen. The kitchen itself is large and spacious, as are the main bedroom and bathroom. The second bedroom is smaller, but still big enough. We stayed on the first floor, and there is an elevator in the building.

I recommend this place. It is close to Napoli and airport. A big + is free parking place. The apartment has all we needed (2 adults, 1 kid)- kitchen, towels... Safe surrounding. Great communication.

Extra charge for late check-in 20 EUR (unplanned, caused by delayed flight), but I understand that. On the other hand I appreciated that we could accomodate late at night.

The property was fully air coned and was big, clean . The area it was in was about 20 mins train drive from the centre and the trans stopped at 10pm. It was a very built up residential area not touristy .

The location

Very nice and cozy apartment who feel’s recently renovated inside. Is situated in a crowded area but next to most need facilities like supermarket or the main public transports. What was most appreciated were the large areas inside the apartments, the quality of all the mattress, then the air conditioning functioning in a very hot season! Last thing, we adored the reserved parking area (it was outside but inside the building area, but a relief to leave here and travel to center of Napoli in public transport. I advise it in case you want to avoid surprises in parking in the city centre, considering very dangerous driver’s and very narrow and stressful parking places. Finally, don’t judge the building or the surrounding areas because this accommodation and the owners are a wonderful combination to help your traveling experience!

The apartment was very clean and well looked after. You get exactly what you pay for.

Planes fly very close, so you can always hear planes over you. The apartment was also difficult to find, even our taxi driver found it very difficult. Parking is also hard to navigate as there is a barrier in the way.
