Had the entire apartment to myself. I had the top level floor so I got a nice view. The apartment had two floors, two balconies, fully equipped kitchen, two toilets, very big bed, lots of towels. Building had a good size pool. Lots of sun-beds. Lifeguard on standby. Very good spot, lots of shops and restaurants and bus stops nearby. One of the best property I lived in, like a king.

No A/C. There was a modern ceiling fan upstairs and an old fashion ceiling fan downstairs. This is okay but considering how hot it can get in Tenerife it would be quite amazing to have one. Needs a rear entrance/exit for even better accessibility. I had to check in at 02:00am and the reception do not usually operate this late. However, calling the landlord on WhatsApp, he was able to sort me out. But had to do it after the flight landed. I have given my estimated time of arrival almost a week prior and was expecting this to be sorted. But it’s okay the landlord was awake this late and managed to help me out. Good customer service from him. That’s all.

No me puedo creer que no se recicle nada de la basura , yo separando en el apartamento y luego va todo junto Con toda la gente q estamos y la cantidad de basura q se hace, deberían poner una gran multa por no reciclar nada .

Great value for money and really good location, apartment was really clean, big & had everything we needed, balcony is huge with chairs & sun loungers. Location is great as near the beach & lots of shops, restaurants/bars in walking distance. pool area is lovely, loads of sun loungers no issues with that. Pool bar does good drinks, rum punch is 10/10. All the staff were very helpful too.

Only small thing is that it was a bit noisy on Friday & Saturday night with people coming back from bars, but we were near the entrance so not all rooms & it was the World Cup
