The apartment is on the 6th floor with a balcony to sit - good sunshine in the afternoon. Keys are easy with a code box and 2 elevators on the ground floor in good order. Spacious bathroom - walk in shower. Kitchen is well-equipped and with a washing machine. Everything and everywhere was practical and clean. The host was kind to leave fruit, water, some sweets and juice to welcome. The beach, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops are minutes away. I would stay again

Great location - 2 mins to the beach, close to supermarkets and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen, desk to study/work, cozy balcony, all nicely decorated. Good option for remote workers. The host is wonderful, helpful and easy to communicate with. Thank you!

The apartment is located at the street, it can get noisy at times. The windows can be closed which helps reduce the sound.

very nice appartement with good zone divisions, clean comfortable bathroom, very comfortable bed and nice balcony. here you are in the center of las Palmas very close to the beach and all the restaurants. if the door to the balcony is shut it is quiet:). the host was very nice, fast contact and good help when needed🤗. we will be coming back! we felt at home there:)

all good, close to the road, just remember tho shut the balcony door, it is soundproof:)

great location for beautiful beach , restaurants , shops and entertainment easily accessible for public transport connections perfect equipment and facilities lovely extra touches- beach equipment and nibbles in fridge clean with lots of storage space modern bathroom facilities every need catered for in kitchen / bathroom lovely balcony with evening sun on sixth floor - lifts clean and always working all communal areas clean always felt safe nice Thailand vibe in property. responsive helpful host

no negatives A bit noisy when balcony door open , however when doors closed quiet. noise only to be expected in such a central spot

We enjoyed that there was allready some tea and coffee available and lovey extra cushions.

Would have been cool to be able to wath television in English

We liked everything! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, in a very good location (just a minute from the beach), it had all the facilities we needed and it was very well equipped. And the host was super friendly and helpful!

There is nothing in particular that we didn’t like.
