"Fabulous apartment, but the rude service ruined our day"

The apartment is absolutely fabulous. All the little details are high quality. The lady owner was very kind to check us in an hour earlier.

The other owner came to the place for our checkout and has requested us to take out the trash from the trash bucket to the street on our own in a very rude manner. This would not be a problem if such expectation would be outlined to us in advance in the booking terms or during checkin (which was not the case) and not in a rude manner. Completely ruined our day and our experience at the stay that was 10/10 before that incident.
