L'emplacement, l'appartement Il faudrait davantage d'étagères dans la salle de bain et aussi de porte manteau

On a eu un gros problème. L'ascenseur pour la voiture n'a pas marché le dimanche. Nous avons donc dû patienter plusieurs heures et changer nos plans pour la journée. Gros inconvénient.

Lokalizacja, standard wykończenia. Doskonale materace i poduszki do spania. Dostępny parking na miejscu.

Słabe wyposażenie (nie działająca wyciskarka do cytrusów), noże nie były wystarczająco ostre by kroić chleb. Brak zabezpieczenia (szyfrowania) sieci WiFi. Brak odkurzacza.

Garage super. Posizione ottima. A piedi si raggiungono le zone storiche di LAS Palmas. La spiaggia de la canteras . Con i guaguas (gialli oppure Global) abbiamo girato il Nord, Teror , Arucas paesi da visitare.

"Vier Tage Las Palmas zum Abschluss unseres Urlaubs"

Es ist alles fussläufig erreichbar, was im Urlaub „nötig“ ist. Das gastronomische Angebot ist sehr groß & international. Der kostenlose Parkplatz in der TG des Hauses ist sehr hilfreich und ein echter Bonuspunkt. Das Appartement ist sauber und modern. Der Balkon ist klein aber es gibt ihn. :-) Bei geschlossenem Fenster bleibt der Straßenlärm draußen. Ein Highlight zum Schmunzeln ist der Zauber-Schmeichel-Spiegel im Flur. Er kaschiert 5-7 Kilo! 🤣 Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich & die Reaktionszeit der Vermieterinnen auf Mails war sehr schnell. Herzlichen Dank & liebe Grüße

"Comfortable flat in a great location but make sure you hire a small car!"

The apartment is in an excellent location. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Communication with owners was easy, and response immediate.

Although the free underground parking is a plus, it’s difficult to manoeuvre anything other than a small car either into one of the 4 spaces on the ground floor or into and out of the car lift to reach the floor below. Also in January it was chilly during the evening and there’s no heating so we needed to pile on the layers.
