Location.

The bed is not clean, and there's hair all over it. I'm unsure if it's from the cleaning person or the previous customers. The toilet flush broke, and we had to wait two days to fix it.

View was terrible Wifi very poor Customer service very poor - not helpful at all when we had a problem No kitchen cleaning supplies Had to pick up the keys from location no where near the apartment (would be difficult if no car) Cleaner extremely unprofessional Got charged €89 for a small piece of metal that we informed the customer service team was broken on arrival
