Beauty Attic Terrace Old Town - Vegueta

Beatriz is such an amazing host. I thought I met amazing hosts before, but she exceeded all expectations. She waited for us with water in the fridge, Canarian snacks, beach towels & umbrella. The bed was suuuuppppeeerrrr comfortable, the shower was great and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for everything Bea, I am sure we will see you again in the future!

This is not something negative against Beatriz, it is just something to consider if you are light sleeper like my partner. You can hear the noise from the streets in the early morning and she brought earplugs for that. It also gets quite hot at night and we were sleeping with the windows open some of the nights and waking up during the night to close them once the temperature cooled down.

We loved our stay in Beatriz apartment. The place is small but comfy and with all amenities. The bed is so comfortable and Beatriz is a very kind host, who left us lots of little extra things in the room before arrival: chocolate, crisps, water …

Beatriz was a brilliant host and so lovely and helpful during our stay at the Beauty Attic, a sweet apartment with everything you could possibly need, a sunny patio, comfy bed, nice hot shower, super fast wifi, washing machine and all spotlessly clean. It is in a nice quiet area but only minutes walk from the Cathedral and plenty of cafes and restaurants and a little supermarket nearby, there is also a bus stop close by to explore further. Lots of lovely little touches from Beatriz that made it feel a bit special, thank you, we loved it.

Everything. Beatrix was excellent. She went and got us fresh fruit and water. Also wine for us. She even got a valentine choc for my partner to give me. Perfect.

There was nothing that we did not like

Beatriz is the most amazing host you could ask for! She took her time to explain to me all about the island, how to get around, and some of its fascinating history. Beatriz made me feel very welcome. The Canarian people really are lovely. The Beauty Attic felt like a real home from home and was a truly stunning property in the gorgeous old town, Vegueta. The property is located close to local shops and markets. It is also only a short bus ride to Playa de las Canteras, a fantastic beach to relax or enjoy a swim, complete with lots of local bars and restaurants. The property was clean and tidy. It had a real charm throughout with its design. The Canarian coffee out on the terrace in the mornings was great! Muchas gracias Beatriz! Chris O

I wish I had stayed for longer!

A lovely apartment with all you need. Good location on a peaceful street in Vegueta, a supermarket and a bakery quite nearby. Beatriz was the best landlady ever helping us in many ways :)

Nothing to complain.

Beatrix is such a lovely person. So kind and helpful and always on hand. The flat is exceptionally well equipped and uf there is anything you need Beatrix will not hesitate to provide it. It is really homely with lots of personal touches. We really appreciated that there was loads of coffee., milk, oil and condiments so we didn't have to rush to the shops for basics. Beatrix even gave my husband a couple of razors for shaving because we were hand luggage only. And she and her son spent ages sorting the TV out for us. The balcony is a lovely space but unfortunately there was a tropical storm on when we were there so we didn't get to use it much. The mattress is exceptionally comfortable. Perfectly situated for the old town and all public transport.

The weather! But that couldn't be helped. If was a freak event and of course Beatrix provided umbrellas!
