I liked the location of the apartment and the person who rented the apartment

With the apartment on that floor, a problem with the permanent resident downstairs. Smokes on the balcony from morning till night and hard to keep the balcony door open if you don't like the smell. Ilalla shouts television and at night music sometimes. GENERAL- I do not like the new tax on local residents in Las Palmas if they do not rent their own apartment for tourists. This needs to change.

Excellent location well-equipped apartment

There should be written information in the apartment on Wi-Fi and how to operate the safe.

Great location, very modern, clean and stylish appartman. Ocean is 100 m, shops and Restaurants all besides.

Very clean and cozy, with small details that made the stay even better than expected, e.g. the baby chair, beach towels and the games. Great location and easy to check-in. Would definitely come back!

The location is superb, 1m from Las Canteras Beach, the apartment is spotless & has everything you would need if you wanted to stay in and cook.

A lovely stay and a very neat, comfortable apartment. The location was exellent.

The property is modern and with great facilities. It is very comfortable and well located for the beach and city.

We had a problem with the wifi (as we need to work while away). The signal was very week. This was resolved after a few days but if you are staying here and need a strong signal it is important to advise them before arriving. Unfortunately we had no instructions to use any of the facilities which ended up with us locking our passports in the safe and not being able to open it! Again this was resolved by the excellent staff.
