L'établissement Mardi Farm Stay est tout à fait particulier, en raison des très nombreux "brebis et moutons" vraiment originaux disséminés dans la grande prairie. Le dernier étage du moulin que nous avons loué n'est pas spécialement pratique, ce qui ne sera pas un problème pour la plupart des personnes. Situé par définition ... en hauteur, le logement est lui-même sur deux niveaux, le niveau supérieur s'atteignant par un escalier très raide. Ce logement se loue avant tout pour son originalité, son charme indéniable et la belle vue qu'il offre. Logement propre, avec de très bons couchages. Le petit réfrigérateur et les quelques assiettes, verres et couverts, permettent de pique-niquer sur place, guère plus (pour faire la vaisselle, il faut se débrouiller avec le petit lavabo de la salle d'eau, et il n'y a pas d'égouttoir). Ce n'est pas un problème puisqu'on a accès à une très grande cuisine et à une salle à manger partagées, très bien équipées, à quelques dizaines de mètres de distance du moulin. Parfait, merci !

Beautiful and quiet accommodation with a specific atmosphere, lots of free parking space, I really highly recommend it. The top floor of the windmill provided an amazing view. The Sheep Parlament and the Sheep Army are sensational :-)

Sleeping in a windmill is a true adventure for kids, especially with the Lambakogu sheep village right outside the door, where children can jump into their own imaginary adventures. The setting is stunning, surrounded by nature with a large outdoor play area, a practical shared kitchen, barbecue spaces, a sauna, bike rentals, and the chance to meet Mart, the owner, as he creates his stone sheep and chats with guests. It's easy to go on excursions, and Mart offers rides in his Mercedes truck or boat and can suggest great spots for mushroom picking.

Staying in the windmill means tourists visiting the stone sheep may also be curious about entering the windmill, which is your room, so it's important to keep it locked. The accommodation is quite far from many of the island’s tourist attractions, so you should expect at least a 30-minute drive to visit most places. The kitchen and dining area are shared, which has its pros and cons. There’s only one fridge for all the guests, though luckily, our accommodation had an additional fridge. The tap water has a yellowish color and a strong rusty smell, so we had to buy bottled water for drinking and cooking.
