A more than wonderful stay. A spacious, clean apartment equipped with everything that makes you feel at home. The location of the apartment is excellent, close to everything, just a few steps from the beach, restaurants, and the shopping center, a 5-minute walk away. The owner of the apartment, Mark, is a respectable, polite and kind person, and I thank him for his good treatment.

Nice location, clean apartment. You have most of the equipment you need for a comfort stay Cheap parking close to Los Arenas (3 euro per day) is 10 mins walking max. Beach, shops, restaurants, etc. are in place.

Wifi is OK, but to log in and type user name and password every time is pain in the ... Nice to have some kitchen paper roll and more than 1 garbage bag for a week stay. The main bed was too soft for us, but it depends on the person

The apartment is very modern, everything is new and clean. It is 1 minute distance from the promenade and beach.

The parking situation is catastrophic. We had to park 20 min away (on foot), and there are no free parking places in the area day or night. If you're not travelling with a car, this is no problem. The trucks to pickup trash start super early in the morning (before 5 a.m.), and the noise generally travels easily along the narrow streets. I assume this is happening everywhere in the area, regardless of the specific location of the apartment.

The best location in Las Palmas. The owner of an apartment is a really good man - helpful and honest. We have forgotten some things in the apartment. He has saved them and sent them to us.

Location great for surfers, not great for beach visits with the family.

Checkin could be better as the person on the phone do not speak english, except few words. No parking nearby, nearest is 12-14 min away, but costs only 3 eur/day

The apartament is pretty big and fully equiped - kitchen with all needed equipment, waching machine and even dryer. everyything is new and in perfect condition. What makes this place really great is location. Just like 1-2 mintes from the beach ❤. There are plenty of bars, shops, surfing schools just within few minutes walk. if you are interested in such location - I strongly recomend staying here.
