Los Nidos

We appreciated the fresh renovation and good internet connect in the Los Nidos 1 apartments.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by several serious issues. First, there was a dog belonging to a neighboring apartment resident nearby. The barking was heard early in the morning and late at night, disturbing our rest. The dog’s owner did not respond to our requests to calm the animal. Second, the garage gate motor was very loud, adding to the discomfort during our stay. Third, near the entrance to the underground garage, under the bedroom window, there were containers with pool maintenance chemicals. A strong chlorine smell came from them and penetrated into the apartment. We had to keep the windows of the second bedroom closed due to a strong odor of cat waste. Additionally, guests of our neighbors who rented one apartment for several families were regularly at the pool. During our stay, not only the guests but also the residents themselves changed several times. The pool area was almost always crowded and noisy, which disturbed the peace and privacy. There was also a wasp nest found on the terrace, in a light fixture on the outer wall. It was removed unprofessionally by the staff, and the wasps continued to be active for three more days until a second chemical treatment was done. Because of this, staying on the terrace was unsafe. The apartment was very hot — there was no air conditioning, and the fan was insufficient to cool the space. Due to all these issues, continuing our stay in the apartment was impossible. We were offered alternative apartments nearby on the second line, but without parking. At the same time, we were still given the keys to the underground garage of the original apartment, which caused additional inconvenience

The views were amazing and the accommodation was so secure.

I honestly couldn’t fault it such good value

I liked the outlook sitting on the patio the beds were comfy and the cooker was very good

There wasn't a kettle or oven dish also the router for the apartment is in the next apartment which they keep turning off to plug something else in so twice we had no WiFi

As mentioned there was an issue with WIFI which I absolutely needed throughout the work day. It turned out to be a holiday week in Spain and no repairman could be found. It was resolved very well because we were offered another apartment where the WIFI but also other facilities were excellent.

Everything except the dog. The location was perfect, the house was well equipped and laid out, nothing was omitted.

The resident dog barked and upset me every time he saw me. I had to walk past his room to leave the premises. I was not informed that there was a resident dog.

Our family with 2 kids had a very nice stay. Excellent location, close to nice beaches, on a quiet street, well equipped apartment with everything needed.
