The apartment is simply great. It's located on second floor of modern building and its very clean and looks like recently renovated. There are multiple furniture's so you can keep your things accessible, without mess. In the apartment you will find a lot of accessories, tools, appliance and fully equipped kitchen. There is blazing fast WiFi in the apartment, so anyone can use it without any problems. Each room has own AC and own balcony. The bathroom was super clean and supplied with bathroom accessories. House location is also great. It's 6min (slow walk) from the public beach entrance. There are also very good and very nice private beaches aside. Around the house there are multiple shops, restaurants, bars etc. If any one wants to go to San Benedetto del Tronto center it's also in reach of a walk within dozen minutes. Owners are super friendly and really communicative. There is an option to book a parking, it's extra paid, but I think it's worth the money. In the high season it's not easy to find any free slot close to the building.

Everything was great. The only thing we missed was a kettle to boil a water for tea, but having all other appliances you can work around this.

The apartment is very nice and looks like just refurbished. It has all facilities and every comfort. Great location, just 5 mins walk from the city centre and the beach. The host is very nice and helpful.
