Was a good experience, sofa bed was super loud, wasn’t sure where was appropriate to park, lots is stairs with suitcases. Overall good experience, good value

Location, large house (a lot of space for a family), free parking in front of house, perfect communication with the owner, enough equipments in kitchen, clean.

Some equipments are a bit old (kitchen, bed linen, sofa, chairs/stool, a bit leakage of water from shower), a bit noise from trains (but it depends from your sensitivity - acceptable for us).

Location and price

It was definitely not a place for a family with a 1 year old girl.

One block from the beach , set walkable to restaurants and supermarkets

short walk to a multitude of restaurants. Most of the beachfront places were shut down but plenty of decent local fare available nearby. Nice to have laundry facilities in the apartment too. Walk to the train station was about 15 minutes and we had luggage so found that taking the promenade near the beach was much better surface. Great bakery just down from the train station for breakfast.

bed (queen size) was pretty firm

Spacious basic apartment on the top floor of a residential building. Easy and free public parking in front of the building on a safe street. The apartment is within walking distance of numerous supermarkets, including Lidl, in the city center, San Benedetto del Tronto, Italy. Economical price. The host is cordial. Ideal for short stays.
