"Visiting Our Cousins in San Benedetto"

It was clean, modern and comfortable with a great shower! Everything worked perfectly. And Leo was an accommodating host. It was walking distance to all of our cousins who live in San Benedetto. And when we come back in the summer we know we are very close to the beautiful beach.

View is limited out the windows, and the train was obvious, but not so bad at all

Posizionato vicino alla spiaggia e a qualche centinaio di metri dal centro facilmente raggiungibile con la passeggiata sul lungo mare. Appartamento attrezzato di tutto, moderno, pulito.

Non ho trovato comodissimi i letti ma questo aspetto può essere molto soggettivo.

"Vacanze rilassanti in famiglia a San Benedetto"

Appartamento nuovo, grande, ben attrezzato, vicino al mare, a negozi, a ristoranti e a tutti i servizi utili. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati e perfetti per una famiglia (come la mia) ma anche per due coppie di amici. Il padrone di casa è sempre stato reattivo e disponibile. Lo consiglio per un soggiorno a San Benedetto.

Naprosto skvělá komunikace s majitelem, ubytování čisté, krásné, velmi pohodlné. Velmi výhodná poloha , blízko centra, blízko pláže, restaurací a obchodů.

La casa e' molto carina , comoda accogliente e pulita. La posizione perfetta sia per il mare sia per il centro. C'è tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. Si sta bene. Anche il proprietario e' gentile e disponibile

Peccato che non ci sia un bel balcone o una vista mare. Diciamo che nei paesi di mare è quel qualcosa in piu' che fa molto piacere!

"A very pleasant experience"

A very spacious comfortable apartment nicely remodeled and decorated. Excellent location, close enough to the beach and overall quiet place. Leo was an outstanding host. We can't wait to go back year after year. Just a note that the railroad is nearby and you could occasionally hear the trains go by but the apartment is sufficiently sound proof when the windows are closed so we weren't much bothered with the trains passing.
