La ubicación

No tenía aire acondicionado ( en verano es imprescindible)Una ventana rota que no podíamos abrir, añadiendo que es un tercero ático sin ascensor. La entrada del portal estaba muy deteriorada, tenía un aspecto malo. Creo que el precio no corresponde con la calidad.

La ubicación genial. Estamos en invierno, algún edredón o manta de extra no vendría mal.

Creo que tendría que tener algo más en la cocina de cosas comunes, aceite, azúcar, café soluble ....
