En general todo.

Hay que tener paciencia para encontrar sitio para aparcar.

El apartamento bien, pero se contrató un apartamento ideal para una vacaciones donde trataba de descansar y el bloque de apartamentos estaba en obras, en la fachada concretamente, pues lo normal de las obras, taladro para allá, martillo por aquí etc,

Pues no me gustó que el dueño del apartamento no se pusiera en contacto conmigo por lo menos para decirme que el apartamento estaba en obras y molestias iba a haber, que menos..., pero se lo dije, no quise remover y me tragué unas vacaciones muy ruidosas, así que como lo valoro, pues que comenten lo mismo los futuros inquilinos que están ahora mismo en el apartamento que seguro que tampoco les va a hacer mucha gracia, te dejas unos ahorros para tus vacaciones y toma martillo!, en fin...

Good location & well equipped

Stay spoilt by the gas boiler not working, took to the following day to get fixed. Also fuses blew if oven & another appliance blew. These issues were rectified but it the shine off our stay. The following day there was a period where the microbe, the stove top, the kettle & the oven didn’t work, probably due construction work going on in adjacent apartments. On further enquiry the owner offered us a 3rd day in the apartment free, to compensate. However we had to leave the following day

Location was great - however we were unaware that they were prepping for a fiesta the following day so the car park in front of the apartment was closed (we had to park quite a long way from the property) and there were musical rides for children/adults and a band sound-checking which were pretty noisy. Luckily they didn’t go on too late. Great location though and a fantastic view of the town and the sea. Also pet friendly and Belen took the news very well that our dog had jumped on one of the beds and left some marks. wasn’t a problem at all. We would book again, especially as it’s only a 40 minute drive to the ferry port in Santander.

There was no WiFi available, which we thought was unusual.
