Cozy Apartment RM

The apartment was clean, cozy, comfortable, quiet, it's a good place to rest. I requested the staff to change the curtains to blackout ones, because of the sun, and they did. They are pretty helpful and good. It has a confortable bed and sofa, the neighborhood is quiet.

Nous ne sommes pas allés dans cet établissement. Notre hôte a annulé le matin de notre arrivée. Ce n’est pas correct. Il dit que nous n’avons pas confirmé notre réservation alors que 3 jours avant notre arrivée, nous lui avons précisé notre heure d’arrivée.

I’ll admit that the amenities (refrigerator, microwave, bed) was nice and the place looked like it was recently renovated.

The lack of wifi killed whatever potential this place had, and the lack of communication between myself and the host, as well as other people including Booking.com, didn’t help ameliorate this place at all. I tried to contact both the host and the assistant, and they were of no help during my stay. And there was no hot water!

I arrived late in the evening due to my flight, but the property was aware of this several times. It took about an hour to enter the property.

No Hot Water!!! Super loud leaky kitchen faucet that kept me all night. I had to turn off the water supply to stop it from dripping and making noises. There is no way to make the bedroom dark because of the curtain covering the sliding door is paper thin, so you wake with the sun. Not good.

Price and convenient location and property was good.

There were no towels in the room and I am not even sure if they changed the blankets after the last guest who used the room. There was hair all over the blanket.

With some care, the appartment would be very nice.

Difficult check in, as no instructions were given. The appartment was very dirty. The floor, the shower were not cleaned. The towels had stains. The bed looked ok, but given everything else, did not feel like it. There is no private parking, just parking on the street.
