The place. Door person.

No hot water at all. Had to shower 4 times with cold water

The location, the pool, how clean it was.

The gym is in need of maintenance. Some machines are damaged and unusable. A big reason I book soha panorama is because I use it a lot when I travel. I probably wont book my next stay there for this very reason. It is always a hassle to pay with a credit card also even though it is an option while you do have to pay the card processing fee on your end.

Needs more lights and mirrors

They do not answer the phone AT ALL! Not one person on site speaks English. They have to jump through hoops to figure out what room you booked when you book through booking. Staffs temperament was terrible even with us not being able to communicate in the same language. Booking states it’s prepaid. It’s not. Just a bunch of confusion. Check in isn’t until 5pm. They pretended someone was in my room until I said I was willing to pay an early check in fee. Just a lot. It was my birthday and this was an extremely unpleasant experience. I will likely never visit DR again just because of this experience. Good luck!

I didn’t have at the location

We had to change . Bathrooms weren’t working , then we couldn’t get out of the preopertie because keys weren’t working and clerk wasn’t there .

Location and facilities

Small kitchen but not a deal breaker.
