Lovely comfortable apartment. The furniture inside and out was really comfortable. Very well equipped and very clean. The sea is only two or three minutes walk and there are loads of restaurants nearby. Excellent underground parking.

The location is spoiled a little bit by an extremely noisy road. Several people have mentioned that the sheets are in need of renewing. The current ones are old and bobbly.

Everything was perfect

We have stayed at this apartment a number of times over the years and, apart from one aspect that I will mention below, everything was excellent. Clean, comfortable and in a great location.

After visiting for a number of years it is clear that some upgrading to the bed and bedding is really required. The mattress has become harder over time and is now not that comfortable. I think the time has come to consider replacing this with a new one. Similarly, the pillows and bedding are now rather tired and would benefit from replacement.

Everything about Lina's place is amazing. Everything has been carefully thought about. The place has all the things you could need. The garden is just amazing, it really is. Pool is really good and relaxed. Location is excellent also, about a 200/300m walk to the beach. Also free parking in the underground carpark, (note:when leaving the carpark park on the yellow line at the bottom of the ramp and press the button on the key fob, don't drive up the ramp and press it, it will not open, the line is quite faded) Cannot fault the place Lina is just the best host too, an amazing person. Happy to answer questions, her attention to detail is something is truly amazing. We would certainly go back again.

Great location a short distance from the beach, restaurants and supermarket. The property was immaculate and very well equipped, if you do cook on holiday you would want for nothing in this kitchen! Loved having a garden to sit and eat in, which had sun most of the day.

We did find the road, which was right in front of the property, quite noisy at times but personally we soon got used to it.

This is the third time we have stayed at this property and it has always been excellent.

On the previous two visits we had problems with the garage remote control. Luckily this time we discovered the secret with using this. Unless you get your car in exactly the right position it doesn’t work! To explain, there are yellow painted circles on the ground outside the entrance door and at the bottom of the exit slope. These are not immediately obvious if you are not purposely looking for them but you need to position your vehicle over these for the remote control to work.

Great location, supermarket across the road and a park just before the supermarket. Beach 5 mins walk loads of food, cafes, bars and more just a stone throw away. Has a filter coffee machine, washing machine (a must with kids). Swimming pool was clean and a life guard on at all times. Garden was fantastic also. Air con, brilliant. My only gripe is bed pillows and bedding needs replacing to keep up with standards. Has a veg patch all cooking pots and pans and more. Lady is lovely also. Thank you P.s a lot of reviews mention road noise but we didn't hear this at all (double glazed). We had a fantastic time everyone was friendly

Just the main bed being worn and the pillows flat, bedding worn. Easy fixed.

This was a good-sized ground floor apartment with a terraced garden and vegetable patch with lush plants, and overall it had a lovely homely feel to it. We were greeted by Lina and her mum, who were really friendly and nice. There was everything and more in terms of kitchen and other equipment to ensure a comfortable stay. There were condiments like sugar, salt, tea, coffee, even ketchup and water in the fridge and ice in the freezer! And sweets on the table :-) What we really appreciated was the free parking space in the underground garage. We also loved the swimming pool (belonging to the apartment building), which was never too busy. There was a lovely park and children playground across the road and a Mercadona shop about 100 metres away. The beachfront was only about 5 minute walk too. The beach was lovely and clean and there was a variety of restaurants and cafes.

We wished we could stay longer!! :-)
