"Excellent Location and Apartment - and an Excellent Host"

"La Casita de la Catedral" is a perfect description for this charming 2 bedroom apartment. It is a very short walk to the main square and the majestic cathedral. The location could not be better - except for staying at the Parador for many times the price! Ana is a wonderful host and has thought of everything to make her guests comfortable and to feel welcome. Her communication is timely and informative. The apartment is very well designed. So much in the way of supplies are provided. This apartment is perfect for a visit to Santiago de Compostela.

A larger bed in the master bedroom might be an improvement. It is the only thing because everything was so lovely.

Great location, just outside the Cathedral wall.? we moved from the Parador hotel to this apartment,2 bedrooms, one Toilet/ Shower. Nice living room, nice kitchen but we decided to just eat out, many restaurants around the neighborhood :-) Very clear instruction book on do's & don't ! Would gladly stay at this apartment when we come back to Santiago de Compostela.

Ground floor, fabulously equipped. Really comfortable and roomy. Good apartment layout. Tremendously helpful owner, lots of advice and recommendations for restaurants and neighbourhood. Obviously very close to the cathedral.

"Unbeatable base for a Santiago visit"

The flat is lovely but the key selling point is its location - in about 40 steps you can be in the Praza do Obradoiro (the main square with the cathedral). Welcome basket with water and biscuits were much appreciated. Modern facilities. Ana was a friendly, responsive host.

Would be helpful to put a sign on the laundry bin in the bathroom, as my fellow guest hadn't read the printed welcome handbook and mistook it for a normal bin. The heating was a bit slow to get going but it's geothermal so understandable.

The most amazing property to treat yourself. Incredibly clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and the owner has thought of everything you might need. The location is unbelievable as you are steps away from the cathedral. The owner was excellent to communicate with and made the process very easy to check in.

Beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need.
