Parking garage was spacious and good. Walking distance supermarket and several restaurants.

The Word Luxury should be skipped. Though apartment is big, it’s not clean and quite some glasses and plates are missing. One wine glass doesn’t help for 4 persons. Also the given google map link did not coincide with the address. Makes finding apartment difficult. After our entry we went quickly to supermarket and on rreturn digital lock did not work anymore. Advise/help via whatsapp did not work. Finally renting company decided to send someone with masterkey. All together we spent 2 hours in front of the door. After several requests a E 37.- refund was promised. The lock only repaired after 3,5 days and extra glasses/plates never came. Our suggestion : skip the word Luxury, far from that !

I appreciated the generous amount of space in the apartment and the fact that it was spread over two levels, which made it feel comfortable and spacious.

I strongly advise against staying at this property. The apartment is poorly maintained and was not properly cleaned. The photos are outdated and do not reflect its current condition. Cracks, spider webs, dirt, and signs of neglect were evident throughout the apartment. The worst part was after check-out, when the agency falsely accused me of breaking a terrace chair and demanded €219 without providing any evidence, invoice, or proof of responsibility. A disappointing experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this property under any circumstances.
