Las vistas desde la terraza trasera, y tener parking privado es lo mejor. Es una comunidad de vecinos muy tranquila.

Las instalaciones muy cómodas con ascensor y el entorno muy limpio el apartamento muy cómodo lo único que para sentarse a la mesa solo había taburetes altos y a nosotros no nos parece muy cómodos por lo demás muy bien

El alojamiento en general está muy bien; tranquilo, reformado, limpio, bien equipado. Buena comunicación con la anfitriona.

Lo único que no nos gustó es que en las habitaciones hacía mucho calor, y tuvimos que dormir todos los días de la estancia en el sillón. Como consejo, estaría bien poner un toldo en el patio, para poder aprovecharlo mejor cuando hace mucho sol.

La tranquilidad del complejo y que tiene todo lo necesario para pasar la estancia sin preocupaciones. La anfitrióna muy amable y dio las indicaciones para llegar sin desvíos. Un plus es tener la plaza de garaje también.

Podría tener a favor el aire acondicionado, ya que el que teníamos era móvil y daba mucho calor. Se que es un residencial pero estaría bien que tuviera un minimarket cerca.

Poor communication with contact person. Impossible to contact. Email address on Booking.com not in use as far as I understand. No provision for a change of bed linen or towelling for a 15 day stay. Necessity to use taxis to access apartment. We are not mobility challenged but location entirely unsuitable for that cohort of people. A meet up of host/ manager when we arrived to explain rubbish disposal etc would have made such a difference. If anyone renting I would advise to plan for a daytime arrival. Apartment is in shade with no penetration of natural sunlight at this time of year which might explain the absence of any outdoor cushions to facilitate sunbathing..So quite chilly although high temperatures outside. We requested two extra blankets. An initial odour of tom cats on balcony and beside plant in lounge. Would expect at least some kind of toilet produçt to be standard to clean bowl. Normal walkin shower-use results in flooding of floor with spilling out over a tiny flat rod. Kitchen cupboard coul not be closed once opened.

The apartament itself was really great. It was very modern and specious.

The shower was clogged and the balcony door wouldn’t lock. The shower had no shower tray so the water would spill all over the bathroom floor and go under the door to the living room. We had to mop the floor after every shower and stop the water during the shower otherwise the whole apartment would be flooded as it was really a lot of water. We informed the owner immediately and they told us someone would come the same day or tomorrow. However, the shower was fixed after 5 days (we were staying for 7 days) and the balcony door was not fixed at all - somebody could easily come in from outside. We were told somebody came to fix the shower when we were not at the apartment. However, we weren’t told what day and what time somebody would come. So of course we weren’t at the apartment, we didn’t come on holiday to sit at the apartment for the whole day. I would also expect the owner to just let the handyman in when we were gone. When I asked what time somebody would come the next time I haven’t heard back. Luckily we were at the apartment when the handyman came but we were just about to leave and had to wait additional hour until the shower was fixed. Luckily we had no organized trips planned that day because otherwise we would be late. However still we missed one hour of our day and had to change our plans.
