"I like the stay close to the salt pond, my favorite place in L’Etang Sale Les Bains"

Location in quiet neighborhood by the salt lake, simplicity and kindness of the staff . Very comfortable mattress

It has a nice outdoor area and the bed we slept in (1 of 3) was comfortable

Not the quietest neighbourhood. It was a little complicated initially to find with the GPS but other than that nothing stands out. Communication with the proprietor was almost non existent. If they answered your question it was very perfunctory. Not a real complaint but it contrasts with how friendly the people are here. The air conditioning was locked so you couldn't adjust the temp or even turn it on in our case
