Casa Sevilla

The apartment was pretty okey, but the neighbourhood swimming pool is definitely the biggest plus! The kitchen had all the utensils to cook (maybe except a proper cutting knife) and a decent laundry machine. The main bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was also quite new and very clean.

The other sleeping place - the foldable sofa - was not particularly comfortable. Also, the air conditioning is located in the main room and is pretty weak, having some troubles cooling down the bedroom. Lastly, the little balcony off the bedroom did stink of cat pee.

Alojamento com o essencial, para quem leva crianças, tem máquina de lavar roupa e o forno é TOP. A piscina é muito agradável, quer a das crianças como dos adultos.

Só tem um quarto, a segunda cama é um sofá na sala. Os lençóis se os esticar vão rasgar, são pequenos, falta almofadas, pelo menos duas. Vizinhos um pouco barulhentos. Falta uma mesa, para poder estar na varanda ou na entrada de casa. A piscina está a precisar de uma manutenção, de manhã quem limpou, saíram alguns quadrados do interior e deixaram onde calha, podia pôr no lixo

The block of appartments is currently under construction, so when arriving I was dissapointed how the place looked from the outside. Once inside the place is clean and everything was OK, otherwise I would not have stayed. Unfortunately the morning after the builders started early in the morning making cement and a lot of noise all morning. I requested a refund of 30% which was agreed by the owners of the property, but even then the money you pay is quite much. Overall OK, if there would not have been major works going on...

A place outside Seville with parking. Kitchen and living room is one area but it is quite spacious so it is not an issue. Bedroom is of nice size and has a small balcony. This is a ground floor apartment and it is well equipped. Parking is just outside the front door. The value for money is great. Downtown Seville is about a 20 minute drive.

We only got to know after booking that there is a construction going on the roof. At first we were afraid that it will be a noisy place but there was no issue at all, we spent there two days but we saw nobody working at all :-). However, the neighbours talk loudly.
