"Exceptional"

Very easy drive from Milan Malpensa, safe, secure gated car parking. Secure apartment block in a quiet area. Excellent air-conditioning in the lounge, essential in the heat.. ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Garden space looked great, but we didn't use it. Five or ten minute stroll to a beach, a cafe bar, slightly further to a lakeside restaurant. Sandy Beach, very gently shelving, so safe for paddling and supervised young ones. Swimmers would have to wade out a fair distance to be able to swim, clear clean waters and plenty of fish. Very, very peaceful first thing in the morning - sunrise with the swans. Plenty of places to eat and drink and a supermarket maybe 10 mins drive away. Discount available at some restaurants Great welcome from Bruno - plenty of information on what to do locally. Views from the balcony - possible to see the lake. Maybe 30 minute dtive to Stresa - boat trips to the islands and a busy tourist town. Great places to swim too. Great place and base to visit the area.
