Very spacious appartement, next to the beach Antonio is very helpful

Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Next to the hospital, but it does not have an influence on anything. Everything that is needed is there. The beds are very comfortable. Close to the beach which is not very comfortable, as you can see the harbor in front of you instead of the ocean, but it is good to have a bath anyway. There's a small caffe with bakery in the same building so one can have a great breakfast there (sweet or salty, whatever you desire). But most of all are the hosts! Antonio and Bautista are very helpful. It is great experience to be their guest.

This time I can describe and explain things that one may complain, but there are something good in each and every one experience: Yes, it is not close to the Las Canteras Beach, for 4 euro you can have a taxi there, but you do not have crowds of tourists nearby, there's peace and quiet. Yes, the main view is for the hospital, but if anything happens, it is enough to cross the street and you can get help. Yes, there's no dishwasher, but you can remember how it was to wash the dishes with your own hands in the sink. And there is all that you can complain if you really to find something. :-)

The flat was superb! It was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Two bathrooms and a lot of space. It is a good place to spend your time in Las Palmas. Twenty minutes walk to Las Canteras Beach. Roughly the same distance to Vegueta, the old quarter. The host, Antonio, was always helpful and accessible. We enjoyed our stay there immensely.

Very good location, nice space and comfortable rooms, easy check-in..

The WiFi connection doesn't make if all the way to the two bedrooms at the end of the corridor. The apartment doesn't have a great view (view on a hospital/street).
