Tilava perhehuone, yläkerrassa on lisäksi keittiö, olohuone, pesutilat, pienemmille lapsille leluja. Alakerrassa pääruokailutilat ilmeisesti aamiaista varten. Käytössä on myös tynnyrisauna, pieni ranta, grillilato ulkokalusteineen. Pihalla hyvällä tuurilla saapuessa majatalolle on miljoona lehmää toivottamassa tervetulleeksi.

Paikalle myöhemmin porhaltanut hipsteri pariskunta kiilasi lämmittämään saunaa, kun majatalon pitäjän kanssa oltiin sovittu toisin. Kehitysehdotuksena varauskalenteri paikan päälle. Vaikka ihan vain paperillinen.
