The location
Booker beware- undisclosed extra fees 25 dollars per night for using second bedroom on a two bedroom rental. Wear and tear of the apartment. Things smelled like not washed or like bleach. No microwave. Pans were minimal. No water. Extra money for pool towels etc

Very disappointing and unacceptable experience My experience with this property was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, I was informed that the apartment had a duplicate booking and was already occupied. As a result, I was left without a place to stay. I contacted both the property owner and Booking.com, but I did not receive a timely or acceptable solution. This situation caused significant stress and inconvenience, especially after traveling and expecting to have confirmed accommodation. This reflects very poor management and lack of reliability. I cannot recommend this property, and I strongly suggest better coordination to prevent situations like this from happening to other guests.
