This place is awesome. I highly recommend it. The owner Ruben can't do enough for you. We arrive and this place is heavenly. Clean, safe , well maintained. There was a lovely basket of fruits,breads, wine and cheeses when we arrived. There is a 8 person jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds. Very clean and well maintained. I believe there is plans to add more too,like a steam room and a yoga room. It was only 15 minutes from the airport. Anything we asked for we got. Where to go, where to eat, what to see, Ruben had the answers. They have everything you need. Washer,dryer,all kitchen utensils, bedding, towels, comfortable beds, large rooms. Close to town for supplies. Lots of parking. We will be definitely going back.

The place is fantastic, confy and has everything you need. Loved the sauna and jacuzzi and the amazing hospitality of the host. He received us with an amazing welcome pack and even dinner as we arrived late on the first night. He was super friendly and was always eager to help us with recommendations and things to make us more comfortable. The place has a ver nice garden and is surrounded by nature. We will certainly hope to come back someday. Location is central to move around Sao Miguel.

The facilities were great, you could find anything you need starting from kitchen towels and ending with any cooking facilities you can imagine.

A dishwasher would be a great addition. Other than that no complains at all!

One of the best properties we have stayed at 😀 Everything was excellent, the pizza oven was a fun experience to try, the house has everything you may need, the host is very sweet and left us nice breakfast food. There is also a sauna and a hot tub that wasn't advertised at all so we didn't even know we could use it , but in the end that was a lot of fun😀

When we first arrived , there was no wood for the fireplace. We did not know about the hot tub at first, otherwise would use it more.

Sauna and hot tub were awesome! Lots of space. Ruben gave us lots of awesome recommendations. Great location as well. We were able to drive around the whole island with ease.

Ruben our host was incredible, great communication and lots of good advice. The house was already stocked with local cheeses, bread, beer and wine for us to enjoy on arrival so we could instantly relax after a long trip. The location is within easy driving distance of lots of beautiful places to explore and had everything we needed. There's a great little pizza and mini golf place and a mini-market within walking distance too. I can't fault the accommodation at all, the private garden area with hammocks and a bbq was a great addition too.

The only possible negative is that you really do need a car to explore, but I think this is true wherever you stay outside the main city.

The house was clean and had everything you need including a dryer, which is very helpful as the towels don't dry otherwise. The host answered us very fast for everything.

The house was cosy and had everything we needed for our stay. There was even a washingmachine and a dryer! Ponta Delgada is very easy to reach and we could explore the whole island. The house is in the back of a garden, so you only hear the birds singing, the rain and the wind when you’re there. We loved it!

Quiet location, everything you need for a relaxed stay. Very close to the airport, to the supermarket and to the beach. We had a tiny garden to ourselves - no other guests on site. BBQ facilities were good.

Quite hard to find the property - the GPS coordinates stated on our booking confirmation pointed to the wrong location, no signs visible from the road. The approach road to the property parking was too narrow and too dangerous for us to drive, so we preferred to park along the road.
