Easy self check-in, quiet neighbourhood, comfortable beds Close to Legoland

It was a little cold

The pace is very well equipped for a large group and it's very confortable for a short stay.

There is only one bathroom, which is reasonable, but it becomes difficult for a large group. The second bedroom is dark

The beds are comfortable, there are many towels, a lot of space for everyone, a lot of kitchen utensils and electrical engineer, coffee and tea.

There were only two pairs of slippers, but there were four of us. Dirty floor, cobwebs. It is quite cold and damp in the apartment, and the bathroom is very cold. The shower does not work well. A strange location of the second shower, it's just in the passage room in which there is also a single bed.

Great location and distance for our visit to Ulm and Legoland. Very clean apt and comfy beds. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Although we didn't use them, this apt has full size washer and dryer, which I thought was pretty convenient. All in all, we highly recommend this property.

A 2nd toilet would be great!

A family of 6, we stayed in lower level apartment for 3 nights. Very generous room sizes, 3 double beds and 1 single, so everyone got the room they chose. Clean, all amenities for cooking, coffee maker with coffee and tea sachets. Quite, small front garden. Bakeries, shops 3 min drive, very cosy comfortable town itself. It fullfilled all our expectations for a stay of a big multigenerational family. Legoland is close and Ulm is a city of exceptional beauty especially at night.

For our taste and habits, the matrasses were very hard. I would exchange them for more comfy ones.
