Prostredie, výťah a spoločne priestory, možnosť parkovania priamo pred ubytovacím zariadením, pohodlný matrac na spanie.

Kúpeľňa - nefungovalo osvetlenie a rozbitá záchodová doska. Kuchyňa - nedostatočne vybavená a špinavá, bez náhradných sáčkov do koša a utierok. Obývačka- televizor bez televíznych kanálov k dispozícii len Voyo
