ideal farm location, rural setting with clean well appointed accommodation. Nice touches, milk in the fridge and some tea + coffee. comfy beds and ideal garden for summer bbq

1 bathroom was a challenge for 5 adults sharing.

Home from home! Fantastic cottage. So well equipped, big bedrooms, comfy beds, play room for the kids, outdoor toys. We were 2 families with 4 kids between us and we all had an absolute blast. Jennifer was very welcoming and had thought of everything.

Lovely setting. Very quiet and Jennifer was lovely and very informative. Comfy beds had a great sleep and the cottage had everything you could possibly need.

1 bathroom wasn't great with 6 of us but we are all good freinds so we made it work!

Great house for kids, very clean, and comfortable beds. Kitchen was one of the most well equipped, it had everything you needed. Kids loved the garden and play barn. Location great to visit Rurland Waters, Oakham and Stamford.
