The place was lovely

The steps to the tree house, think we were a little old for these & the wind wasn't very good for outside kitchen, would be lovely in the summer though

We enjoyed our stay at Dale Farm. It was a very relaxing break and we loved the cottage and all the grounds. We went to Hunmanby Gap beach twice and Bempton cliffs to see the puffins and had a great weekend. We would definitely like to come back!

A great experience met all our expectations. I would highly recommend booking, so cosy 😊

We had not been away for some time so it was lovely to get away and we were delighted with the room / facilities. We liked everything, basically. There was everything you could need for cooking, preparing food etc. The room was cosy and delightful. I would also say that the stay was not far from Hunmanby and its amenities and yet it was beautifully rural.

There was nothing we did not like. It was a perfect place for a get-a-way. We were so impressed we hope to stay at Dale Farm again.

The area was great for sightseeing. The room was comfortable.

I don't think the place was as clean as I would like the glass shelf in the bathroom was not clean and the floor was dirty in the corners. I

Beautiful tranquil setting, full of rustic charm. Safe, secure and very cosy. We will definitely be returning, Thank you for a delightful stay x

Lovely natural environment for the various cabins and accommodation. Satisfactory kitchen equipment in room .

Roller blind on top window difficult to handle to shut out light; bed mattresses were well past their best. Shower adjustment got stuck and I had to go on to have a bath to finish washing my hair. Early morning( 3.40am) cacophony of barn swallows woke us each morning and didn't stop for 40 minutes. Difficult to go back to sleep after that. It was a difficult stay-over with little sleep from one thing or another :(
