We changed our room to self-catering as agreed with the proprieter as we literally needed a bed for the night after a Wedding. The location was very quiet as we stayed at a smallholding in the country - beautiful. Our room consisted of everthing you would need ie, comfy bed, kitchenette, shower, toilet, etc.. and we were given tea, coffe and milk for our morning cuppa!! Parking was off road and close to our accomodation.

Very warm welcome on this lovely farm. The farmhouse was full of beautiful artifacts, with an obvious love of horses. Horses and sheep grazing in the surrounding fields. Lovely views. Felt 'away from it all' and would have liked to stay longer. Comfy beds, generous and delicious breakfast, friendly host. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Perfect location for my customer meeting in Uttoxeter. Great location for the whole of that area of Staffordshire, and not far off the motorway. Stayed in the studio which was both spacious and clean. Little kitchen with everything you need if staying for a few days. Hosts were fantastic and the breakfast was great. Shame I was only there for the night before disappearing off to my appointment really.

Cobwebs and dust everywhere. Hence the cleanliness marking. Nevertheless, everything else was great. Location quiet and basically countryside, and yet was easy to get to on our route.
