The hosts were so welcoming and sweet, making me feel right at home. The property is surrounded by a beautiful spice plantation, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and had an amazing balcony view. The hospitality was exceptional, and it truly became one of my best stay experiences in Kerala. If you're visiting Thekkady, I highly recommend staying at Philip Mary Farmstay!

location is ok, clean room, but breakfast was worst, myself and my husband hospitalized after having 2nd day breakfast, food was not at all match with our expectation. Its a non-A/C room, while booking the room, i didn't noticed, temperature was too hot, not able to sleep without A/C.

Clean room, the owners were welcoming. The staff were very attentive. The breakfast was great. The owner connected us with a local jeep driver who arranged a jeep safari, tickets for the Periyar wildlife park, a Marshall arts show and onward travel to Munnar ( thank you).

The property was not quite as described as on booking.com as regarding services provided, e.g. evening meals are only provided for groups. However there are plenty of good places to eat within a short Tuc Tuc ride. The owners were very welcoming and we had lovely stay. Thank you.

Had a truly amazing experience at Philip Karu Homestay.The property is nestled between a beautiful spice farm.The room was immaculately maintained.It has a beautiful rustic old charm. The hosts Mr and Mrs Philip Joykutty were the kindest and most gracious hosts I have ever met.I was touched by their warm hospitality and attention to detail. We were served a delicious and sumptuous breakfast of Kerala special delicacies. Overall it was an experience which i wished would have lasted longer! I will be revisiting soon for a longer duration. Thank you Sir and Madam:)
