"Lovely place to stay, great hosts, delicious breakfasts"

We spent two nights at Shave Farm. Beautiful, roomy accommodation - clean and tidy. Tasty and very filling breakfasts. Lovely shower, which was a real bonus considering the extremely hot weather we had during our stay! James & Kate were great hosts, very friendly and welcoming. James checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable, offering extra cold drinks and ice, which we found very thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you James & Kate!

The warm welcome I received on arrival with a tray of tea and biscuits offered by my host, James, was lovely. The gorgeous converted hay loft I stayed in was furnished and decorated to a high standard. The bed was extremely comfortable. There were jugs of milk and juice and yoghurts in the fridge. Tea, coffee, biscuits, fruit and cereal available too. The cooked breakfast brought to my apartment each day by either James or Kate was delicious and added to the charm of my stay. I was lucky with the weather so it was great to be able to sit outside and enjoy the pretty surroundings. Also to be able to wander around the area and meet the farm animals and look at the pond. I would highly recommend a stay with Kate and James.

Gorgeous fascilities in a beautiful natural setting. Exceptionally clean and decorated with a modern meets traditional design in mind. Very homely and peaceful. Stayed for business purposes but would come again for a weekend away with the husband or the whole family.
