We had access to a private beach , and it wasnt that far from the city. Taxis were readily available. The staff is really kind and helpful. Its clean and comfortable

The size of the room and the terrace, the lovely beach and the chilled vibes, manager Ashraf is charming :).

1. No communication. I tried to reschedule my stay by one week for three days over and over via email and phone. There was no response on the booking app from the hosts and no phone answered I contacted booking.com and they contacted me back to say they couldn’t contact the hosts either. They said ‘they have good ratings, so it is bad luck for you’. I said ‘you mean they make more money for you than I do so I don’t deserve assistance anyway?’ 2. As I was in Dahab, I attended the property on the booking day to see what was going on. I had booked four nights with them at a considerable cost. Ashraf, the manager, said ‘oh yes we are booked out in January’. I’m like ‘but I only wanted to change it a week’. It was clear to me the property was scamming by not answering messages and were hoping I wouldn’t turn up. 3. The view from the room was spectacular was lovely. However there was a vase of dead flowers with green water and one single coffee cup that was still unclean. 4. The kitchen was beneath the window so it was a little noisy. 5. Like most places in Dahab there was a smell from the bathroom. This is more a local issue. Especially after the storm which damaged many properties. 6. Went down for dinner at 5.45 pm. It was dark and I had a torch luckily. Ordered pasta and it was delicious. However, the dining area was outside and tables needed a wipe down. 7. I saw the local breakfast and it looked great. I ordered the continental breakfast and unfortunately very stale bread. 7. I forfeited my 500 and left the accommodation.
