Casa de Campo Vale do Ceira

Esta muy bien reformado y limpio el personal es muy amable. Tenian detras del alojamiento un techo donde pudimos dejar la moto guardada.

Los suelos son de madera entonces al andar la gente por la noche si que se escucha bastante al no tener otras fuentes de ruido.

Bom, apenas uma sugestão incluir mais opções de proteína e frutos secos

Nada, mas a almofada era muito baixa

Gostei da atenção, a comodidade e la localidade.

Não gostei da cama.

All parts of the hotel are exceptionally clean, bright and well-maintained. Despite the bad weather, it was clear that at sunnier times, it would be lovely to sit outside, either on our balcony or on the outside terrace, enjoying the view of the Ceira River with its backdrop of hills. We appreciated the heating, which was quiet and efficient. We didn’t use the shower, but it was large! The bathroom window overlooked the street and it didn’t have a blind which was a bit disconcerting. However,I think it had a one-way coating on it, but it wasn’t obvious to me. I would like to commend Diogo who went out of his way to keep us happy with his customer service recommendations prior to our visit.

We parked in the car park at the rear of the building. It was raining, but às there was no signage indicating the whereabouts of the entrance, we found a door and followed it, until we eventually arrived at the reception desk which happens to be at the front of the hotel adjacent to the road. The receptionist took a while to acknowledge our presence, but once she did, she seemed to be annoyed that we had come in directly from the car park. Maybe some better information would be helpful! There was only one pillow on each of the single beds and they weren’t very plump. There were no spares. The mattress was, for me, quite hard. The view from the room was ok, but it wasn’t the one I had anticipated. The website gives a lot of information about the views from each room, which I used to choose my preferred room. Either I got it wrong, or we were put in a different category. It didn’t really matter much as it was too cold and wet to admire the view anyway 😢
