Terrific location and spotlessly clean.

Lovely, clean, no-fuss spot in the heart of the village.

Perhaps would have preferred a room with a window. I felt a bit enclosed without a window in the room.

We weren’t sure what to expect with this guest house when we booked. However when we arrived, we found a beautiful guesthouse, spotlessly maintained, and run by a personable and friendly host who made us feel absolutely welcome the minute we walked through the door. The location is perfect, just by the river, and it’s about 150 metres from the town’s Main Street. There is on site parking, and the delicious continental breakfast is had in a sunny breakfast room or the outside balcony overlooking the river. We loved it! And Góis, though small, is gorgeous! We’d love to return.

Excellent staff especially the lady who booked us in I think her name was Tania. Clean functional room with great views. Free parking which was a bonus. Centrally located so a few minutes from the village centre. Ideal place to stay if doing the N2.
