1. The swimming pool needs a bit more maintenance. One suggestion - don't charge extra if someone asks for additional poha or doesn't restrict limited sweets. Balance between hospitality and commercials.

The staff was not aware about our booking we were informed when we saw that the room were dirty and we had to wait for almost 45 mins whilst they got the room ready. Worst was there was no food facility and when we asked for mosquito repellent Mr Nandu got us an empty good night with the machine and when we said it's empty and asked him to get another one he said he will do that before we return back at night but upon returning he informs he forgot and now that cannot be arranged. Particularly got upset with Nandu as it felt we were all alone at the property and no one to attend the guest. Bad service

overall bit expensive, no mobile network coverage, Wi-Fi extremely volatile and intermittent, ACs difficult to operate and most annoying part was, that the ACs were switched off centrally by the morning. Too many mosquitoes.
ININLove the homely, warm and comforting ambience. The food is made with love - be it breakfast or lunch or dinner - and is served piping hot. There is no dearth of space for activities - play, bonfires, lounging, swimming - there's plenty of room for large groups! The property itself is encased in a lovely orchard with cashew and mango trees dotting the landscape. The air is pure and fresh, the overall feel is that of a warm embrace by Mother Nature.
The accommodation is very basic - I personally have no complaints, but if you are expecting 3 star and above rooms, you might be disappointed. This is a typical Indian farm stay, so expecting luxury is not the best thing to do. I am sure it will get better with time, but I personally prefer the rustic feel of the farm stay.
